Body Assessment: 15%, 143lbs
Goals:
1: Alcohol limited to 1x a week (my bday week is OVER so this should be easy now!)
2: Limit consumption of nuts to 1/4 cup a day - find alternative fat source!
3: Add 1 track workout a week (Neil, keep asking me to show up!)

yes - using that with just about everything except eggs :) I just have a bad 'grab a handful of nuts' habit!
