Mike - my neighbor and member of Crystal's indoor class. The folks of CrossFit Central were busy this weekend! Many of you participated in the Spartan and Trojan benchmarks on Saturday and I was amazed to see so many familiar faces today at The Rookie Triathlon!
Suzy and Gina from Jack and Adam's bootcamp!Coach Megan and I brought "Battle Your Buddy" to the finish line at today's race. It was a friendly game of "who can toss the medicine ball farther". The event was great and we got the pleasure of cheering on several CrossFit Central clients as they crossed the finish line.
