It's no secret that gymnastics have kept my CrossFit performance from reaching an elite level.
It's crazy to me - how can I be so strong - so fit - so CrossFit - yet struggle so with gymnastics.
The day before Regionals, I got my first muscle up. I only tried one....then in competition I got 10 with ease. Today, I got my first strict HSPU - then I got 9 more. Thank you, JDP!!!
My motto....if I got 1 - I got 10 - Easy.
Now, for the next 'thing' - whatever that may be - I will not take so long to get my first one :)
