This morning the Regulators (pictured above....) competed in the CrossFit Central/SicFit Austin Butcher Challenge! It was a blast - the workouts were great - my team was awesome and all of the Halloween costumes make it even better!
The Regulators - Me - Mel Rehm - Stephen Dillard - Web Smith placed 2nd overall. It all came down to a nail bitter finish. Check out all the WODs here.
