Meet CrossFit Central's newest staff member!

There is a new face at CrossFit Central. I am super excited to have Kelley D working with us! Kelley is a success story from my Jack and Adam's boot camp and an all around great gal.



These photos show the kind of girl that Kelley is - after a tough track workout with me and Neil she's still able to enjoy a little cherry wine....all before 9:30am on a Sunday. Need I say more! Hard working and Fun!
