It's that time of year--- Murph Day!

Run 1 miles100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
(any combo of the above to get the reps done!)
Run 1 mile
Yes, it was a holiday weekend and we did our share of sunning - drinking - grilling - hanging - BUT first Jeremy and I went to our 2nd annual Murph Day at CrossFit Austin.
How was it?
Well, Murph is Murph - it's long - it's not easy - but it's kinda fun! Thanks to all the CrossFit Central peeps who came out to support the cause.
