CrossFit Central has joined forces with Paul Carrozza of RunTex to bring CrossFit to the heart of Austin. RunTex at 2201 Lake Austin Blvd is the newest CrossFit Central satelite location. Indoor classes at RunTex begin August 3rd! The demolition is done and build out is in progress- YAY! Hat's off to Joe (hanging out next to the pull up bars!) he is the man making all of this happen.
