Don't let the rain stop you!




Here is a workout you can do with no equipment and minimal space. 3-2-1 GO!

CrossFit Warm up:
Mini WOD:
50 - 40 -30 -20 -10 reps
jumping lunge (lunge with jump to switch legs)
toe touches
Mini WOD: 3 rounds of:
Push ups 15s style ( 5 arms wide - 5 arms "normal" - 5 arms close to the body)
Static Squat hold to failure
