I am sure you guessed it - Neil is the man who marches to the beat of his own drum!
If you don't know Neil - you should!
While he didn't make the teamwork photo and is rarely in perfect unison with the class, he is the glue that keeps this team together - or at least the silly puddy!
It's been quoted by one of his Relentless companions that "Every class needs a Neil!" He works hard, makes jokes, and befriends anyone joins us. If Neil is missing from class, not only do his coaches (me and Travis) know but his classmates are missing him before the warm up is over! Maybe that is the reason that he's NEVER missed a class that he didn't tell me about well in advance!
