That is me and Mark Coleman from this weekend's CrossFit Endurance Certification in Newport Beach, CA. Aside from enjoying the FABULOUS weather and even better sushi - I was pumped full of knowledge on how to do the impossible: train less and get faster/better/stronger!
Brian Mackenzie and his team of all stars put us thru a series of Pose Running drills to teach us the correct running technique. Each participant was video taped running at the beginning of the weekend and again after two days of drills to see how much our running form improved. The results were amazing - my running form improved 46% by the end of the weekend!
Running is a skill - it can be enjoyable - and video analysis and CrossFit are key to developing that skill.
