As you may know, August 1st marked the first day of CrossFit Central indoor classes at RunTex! The first two weeks have been a huge success. The classes are filling up and we continue to have people signing up for Elements! CrossFit Central's new location is not only located in the heart of Austin but it's also GASP....air conditioned!
Jessica, Jonathan, and Chardonnay (pictured above) are ready to start classes next week! Are you ready to join them in taking your fitness to the next level?
Class times:
M/W/F 6:15-7:00am
M/W/Th 6:00-6:45pm
Tu/Th 5:30-6:15am
Tu/Th 9:00-9:45am
Also look for Women's Only classes starting in September
