

Everybody needs a coach! Last week
Dutch Lowy spent some time with the
CrossFit Central coaches to help us sharpen our
Olympic Lifting skills. It was a great clinic despite the fact that I went home with bruised and battered knees and shins. Obviously, I have some room to improve! My
snatch form was lacking to say the least but Dutch assured me there is a reason these lifts are an Olympic sport - they are tough! The good news is that I left the clinic knowing what I need to fix and today's WOD (15 snatch 65lbs, run 400m -5 rounds) didn't tear my knees up quite as badly! Practice makes perfect.
