Today for the .com class - Coach Mike and Lance had a surprise for all of us..... The Front Squat Medley! What is it? Well we didn't know either until it was too late to turn back (not that we would have!).
Front Squat Medley = Reps til Failure at the following weights
Round 1: men 185lbs / women 135lbs
Round 2: men 135lbs/ women 95lbs
Round 3: men 95lbs / women 65lbs
My score: 22reps - 50 reps - 102 reps
