To be performed like the song: day 1, day 2+day 1, and so on. They will battle through all 12 days or for 30min. (whichever comes 1st).
Day 1: Man-maker
Day 2: V-up
Day 3: squat box jump
Day 4: Pull-ups
Day 5: Push-press
Day 6: Kb swing
Day 7: Mt. climbers (2 legs=1)
Day 8: Wall ball
Day 9: Dips
Day 10: Db snatch (each arm)
Day 11: Burpee broad jumps
Day 12: Pistols (each leg)
