Swings and Sprints

Welcome back Jack and Adam's Relentless Boot campers! January is off to a great start with a couple fresh faces and a group full of energy.

Today we started getting more familiar with our kbells by changing up the Relentless Warm up to include:
Kbell Overhead carry - Kbell Rack position carry - Kbell Farmers walk - Russian Swings!

Today's workout included:
10 Rounds
20 sec max swings
Short Sprint
Walk back to kbell for recovery
