CrossFit Central's Free Community Workouts are this Saturday, Aug 29th! These workouts are a great way to kick off your weekend and are open to everyone - no experience necessary.

This workout is similar to a CrossFit Central boot camp. Expect body weight resistance exercises, med ball work, and other explosive interval training
