Another EARLY morning workout...

This is the 2nd Sunday in a row that I've been able to get an early morning run in! This morning was PERFECTION - a little brisk, a little foggy, and very quite. I am now coaching most mornings and have gotten into the habit of working out around 1pm or so. This morning reminded me how much I love the early am workout. I am completely satisfied knowing that I am done with a workout before most people are out of bed - I am full of energy for the rest of my day - my early morning performances are my best, etc.

  1. I have to say that mornings are when I feel my strongest and when i prefer to workout! This Sun was lovely, got in a 7 miler myself.

  2. MORNINGS NO DOUBT! I feel awake (after a few minutes) and strong when I am done and home before anyone is up!

  3. i love working out in the morning. it is so nice knowing that i do not have to worry about getting a workout in after work.
