Bikers and Broad Jumpers - J&A 7am bootcamp

Last week three of my 7am crew bootcampers didn't just come for they workout in class - they rode their bikes to class!

Broad jumps seem to be like burpees - no one really likes them - they never get easier but we still have 'fun' with them in workouts!
