Once a week I meet with Coach John to work on gymnastics. Funny though - we rarely do full gymnastic movements! A lot of our time is doing components of the movements - working on muscle memory - neuro muscular pathways, etc.
I've never been laughed AT more! I am glad my cartwheel failures and awkward handstands are fun for someone.......The best thing about our training is that he makes me do things I would NEVER do on my own.
