Beginner level fitness enthusiast looking to get back in shape or in shape for the 1st time!
You must be able to commit 2 to 3 session a week with me at 9:30 or 10am.
Laila is the 1st of the Training Trio - Laila started about 3 weeks ago to loose the last 20lbs of baby weight. She dedicated and motivated to reach her fitness goals but is interested in having YOU join her during her workouts. While she has been fit before, it's been a few years since she really committed to a fitness program.
