Requirements:

Beginner level fitness enthusiast looking to get back in shape or in shape for the 1st time!
You must be able to commit 2 to 3 session a week with me at 9:30 or 10am.

Laila is the 1st of the Training Trio - Laila started about 3 weeks ago to loose the last 20lbs of baby weight. She dedicated and motivated to reach her fitness goals but is interested in having YOU join her during her workouts. While she has been fit before, it's been a few years since she really committed to a fitness program.

Kristen's wedding transformation!

Showin' a little leg - and look at those arms!


Kristen and I starting personal training in exactly 2 months before her 'big day'. Her goal was to tone up to look her best for her wedding day.

In just 60 days look at what Kristen accomplished:
Kristen committed to meeting 2x a week, food logging, and squeezing in 1 workout on her own.
  • lost 4% body fat!
  • lost almost 4 inches in waist and hips
  • dramatic improvement in posture and poise
  • increased energy to push thru the wedding 'to do' list

Why should you train with a group?



That is me and Carey Kepler, step in step during a run last week. Almost every day, I join the CrossFit Central gals - Carey, Crystal, Megan, Jess, Alex, Nicole, and Heather - for a workout. It's usually in the middle of heat and after a long morning of clients/boot camps/classes. Meeting these ladies helps keep me motivated to show up, give it all I've got that day, and have fun! I am thankful for this group of superstars who have helped push me to the next level of fitness.

Less than 10% of Americans participate in a regular exercise program (20 min, 3x a week) and of the sedentary adults who begin a program, 50% will drop out within 6 months!

How can a group help keep you in that 10% of active individuals?
  • accountability - you're more likely to show up for the workout if someone is waiting for you
  • motivation - the energy of a group will encourage you to push for your personal best
  • variety - the Rolodex of exercises increases when you are working out with other people
  • fun! - working out doesn't seem like work if you get to socialize with your friends too
