Breakfast! My favorite meal of the day.

When clients come to me for help with nutrition, one of the most prevalent questions is WHERE DO I START!?? How about with breakfast? No matter if you're going gluten free, trying Paleo, or Zoning, I suggest you start by making changes to your breakfast first.
